Fresh out of the chicago test kitchen at Pilot Project Brewing. This is our bright and modern IPA. Using Phantasm, Omega Yeast Helio Gazer and three wonderful hops from Indie Hops – Audacia, Luminosa and Strata. A full spectrum of fresh hop flavours ranging from citrus and exotic to pithy. A gloriously fruity, refreshing and for lack of a better word.. sunny(?) tasting beer. Council Pop.
